I have contributed the most over the last year. Smallest raise and bonus. Very incentive to do any substantial.

Same. It’s totally and completely ridiculous. They use the bonus as a salary negotiation when hiring and then turn around and say it was never a guarantee and could have been ZERO. I’m sorry, but a sudden downturn in the third quarter causing us to lose almost our entire bonus pool spells out TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP. Time to put in the bare minimum efforts. Looks like my efforts will reflect the bonus and will fall somewhere between 0%-200% depending on my mood and who pi---s me off that day, just like how our managers determine our merits and bonuses. It’s a sham and I cannot wait until we go single payer in this country. These for profit companies need to gooooooo!

Between greedy upper management at Cigna and the government which is complete shir, I got half of what I should have for my bonus. How do they expect us to work hard and pay for anything with inflation. I have 3 kids. I hate this company. And three months of waiting to see where we are working. What our titles are, who our managers are, for half? What is even the point?

HIH is the new Cigna tech center in Hyderabad India. That’s where they’re moving a number of resources. The plan is supposed to be any contractors let go are supplemented by hiring over there. “Officially” not to replace U.S. based employees, but you know how that goes.

Sad part is that there are fierce loyalists to the company who will pretend those factors just don’t exist.

I didn't get a bonus for the first time in 8 years and they laid off half a dozen contractors on my team last week so yeah the future here is looking grim
