Does anyone know how much longer this hiring freeze is going? I interviewed for some positions before the end of 2024 only for the requisitions to get cancelled due to the freeze. I’ve been waiting 6 months, but it seems like it’s never going to end - I’d rather stay with the company than try to have to move elsewhere. Any ideas on when jobs outside of touch labor are going to open?

Im in the same boat. I’ve been told April from that hiring manager.
Per the email today. Sounds like completions won’t be hiring any time soon. With them pulling engineers from IEF instead.
Does anyone know if completions engineering will post any job reqs soon? even when development is reaching the end, it seems like they, and service engineering, will always have work.
Well look at the economy and tell me what you think. Most people are just trying to survive along with the companys.
