Agreed I have heard more legacy SWACO releases
Yep laid off some operations support supervisors aged 67 and 60. Those aged 47 and 49 were not affected. Lots of legacy Swaco folks over last 2 weeks. Not a performance issue just a RIF.
There were some layoffs in Sugarland today
What is the latest in the US?
Are the layoffs done?
Since 2024?… What rock did you crawl out from under. They’ve been stabbing their staff in the back for years. Doesn’t matter your performance, or how many millions you may have helped them make. The SLB HR staff are utterly useless aswell, they should all be fired, especially North America….
Slb is trash. They've been laying of needlessly since 2024. Mostly all the older folks in every instance.
How do we search ldap for locked status
Yes. I was just laid off today. heartless
I don’t think this rumor was accurate
Saw some LinkedIn posts of laid off people today how much they liked the company
the ldap 'locked' search has been quiet today
Here we go 17th. Stay safe.
Starting on the 17th? Where have you been for the past 3 months ?
Can't wait to see the end of quarter climax! Product line Managers sh-----g their pants now cos they know that after their dirty work is done, the shoe then is on the other foot...the Messers become the messies!
@ What were the positions of 7?
probably the 7 at SHTC. Management level.
What were the positions of 7?
I know of 7 people who have already been laid off.
Yes that’s the deal. All managers with direct reports needs to be around
Personally would be disappointed not to get a package on the 17th if it's coming as based in one of the countries with stronger labour laws. Have had enough and wouldn't want to be in the aftermath anyway...
