Like many others we can't stomach the new Base and Emerging Tyrant as many of us have seen him in action elsewhere and would rather find other work. He is poison.

There's nothing wrong with that, but we need more people that can develop others on how to do the work properly and efficiently. Those are the true managers.
I now regret not AEOI. I’m new and out my trust in the selection process. Talking to people the last few days it seems like it will be who you know and who you are exposed to. I’m field facing and don’t get the upward mentor roles, the exposure in LT meetings, exc….because my goal was never to be a manager. I just do the work….i thought they would be doing it fair, but sounds like many will treat it like a PDC instead of a selection. Should have AEOI and saved the trouble.
