I truly feel sorry for the ITSavvy Team. Going from a well-oiled machine to something that is not oiled at all and, frankly, not even a machine, is going to be tough for those used to having success, happy customers, and brand recognition. If you need evidence of how all over the place XITS is, when I was riffed on Tuesday, they sent me the information with someone elses name instead of mine. Talk about insult to injury!!”

That’s awful. Good luck getting anything without them effing it up. I communicated with them through the Alumni at Xerox email. You just get a bunch of Indians that tell you completely wrong information, and talk in circles literally every time. Expenses paid, severance payout, benefits paperwork, etc. Wrong every single time. Verify, then verify and follow up and verify again that they do what they said.

Xerox can’t accomplish a simple business process at all without totally effing it up.

“Really sad. I remember they promised last year that the pre sales team was safe for any layoffs. That that team was the glue and was very important. I didn’t believe it then and I’m not surprised. I can’t believe the higher up’s are partying it up on Vegas while people lost their job in this economy”

The brand of glue they use at Xerox these days isn’t Elmer’s- it’s called bullsh1T! .

Who's the genius that came up with this name? XITS 🤣

It's funny how Xerox assembled this new Client Success team when others are being laid off. That team is same as customer service team our core had. Nothing new there.

"I'm so sorry. I'm from the ITsavvy acquisition and I noticed slowly we were inheriting clients. I think the idea is what was formerly ITsavvy will now be the core of XITS, for better or worse."

That's step 1. Step 2 is lowering the ITsavvy commission plan.

Do you really think they are going to pay you 35% on a book of business they took from someone else and handed you? Salaries are hard to lower, comp plans are easier. XRX moved the business to the lower salaried, higher commission, employees. If they don't lower your comp plan it would be cheaper to keep the business with XITS.

I hope IT Savvy can avoid the fate of XBS and ACS.

XBS was a $1.2B acquisition with about $300M in IT business and XRX criminally destroyed it....They're just eliminating the witnesses at this point....

Gotta pay those Vegas expenses some how. I’m sure those dinners, drinks, rooms at Resorts World, ballroom, equipment, etc aren’t free.
