I don’t understand how someone who destroyed our National accounts team and business by firing anyone with a difference of opinion, gets moved to IFP. Makes a mess of that area by hiring their friends into leadership positions. And then get appointed over the Medicare team as a babysitter. And now moves over this new Transformation office which seems like more endorsed overhead when the people actually doing the work are losing their jobs. Being with the company 16 years and have never been more disappointed in our outlook. In last weeks Strategy town hall I couldn’t find an inspiring leader in the bunch.

IFP and Small Group will be unloaded next.
The Strategy townhall was rehearsed. The question on DEI was completely staged and HR should be able to answer a question without reading from an obvious script. The whole thing was painful. And Mr. Derosa just needs to go. He’s a has been who has been hanging on far too long.
Yes, the Strategy & Business Development town hall was weird and depressing. I can’t think of a less motivating or inspiring “leader” than Everett Neville. He really can’t relate to the peons below the VP level. I don’t know why he’s still even with the company. He should just go retire and enjoy his multiple homes across the world.
The questions that were being asked in Slido in that town hall really showed what people are thinking. I hope someone was actually paying attention.
Yes, Chris DeRosa is a weird and frustrating case. You described his career path accurately. It is bizarre how he continues to fail upwards, even though his track record is failure, poor leadership, creating toxic environments and backstabbing everywhere he has been.
This XT boondoggle is almost guaranteed to be a colossal failure and waste of time and money. It sounds like a parody of corporate b.s. straight out of Office Space or Severance.
IFP leadership had been a revolving door for almost 10 years. Surprised that part of the business has not sold.
Can anyone tell me what's going on with Cigna claims processing? They say there's a 'vendor outage', but no one EVER has a four month outage in IT. If it's more than a day it hits the papers. What gives?
Gotta be DeRosa
Not sure who you are talking about. 🤷🏾♀️
