Zscaler, 6hr continuous monitoring

Big brother (Roger) wants 6 hours of "continuous" screen time as opposed to 3 hours previously.

If zscaler thinks you're not on your system logged in, active , available for 6 hours during business day, you'll be in trouble.

Pair it with inability to fill TrackIT data incorrectly, you are soon to be ex Fido, come fall.

Zscaler isn't an activity monitoring tool. That idea is preposterous. We have associates using zscaler who have good reason to be inactive for long periods of time, especially security personnel, associates in client-facing roles, people who are on agile teams, anyone with lengthy conference room meetings, etc.

Additionally, TrackIT is not a productivity measuring tool.

This isn't real, it isn't even what zscaler does.

I don't think ZScaler is a screen monitoring tool. Just network monitoring.

How are we supposed to give them that much screen time if we’re in an office for that long?
