Puchot gone! Our department is so happy!! It's like a burden has been lifted. This is after she pushed out a lot of male talent. Her first name should've been Karen. Destroyed orgs and careers, then left. That's why we should promote from within. She pushed 60+ years of talent out the door. I told you she was all about herself. Proves we have no dedicated leaders that come from outside.

@er+1jp0v310j, yup, especially you. Lemme guess. You are a recruiter or level 2 HRBP...no. Definitely not on the pseudo analytics team...wait. I got it! You are under Puchot. Self-glorified smartest person to ever work in HR. So smart, she fired folks that were better since she can't rise to the occasion. Forced attrition for self elevation. Oh, back to you. If we were all replaceable, I'd like to see them do it all at once instead of the drip-process. Cowards.

What’s hilarious is all of you d-mba*ses wouldn’t be employed here without the help of an HR role.

Everybody at the U is replaceable!

HR at USAA is a great area to work in. No shortage of snowflake complaints against managers, all the bogus medical claims to get out of RTO, plenty of layoffs galore…that’s job security right there.

Why do you want to be a totally useless HR person.

Nobody likes HR people. If you have no marketable skills, then you work in HR.

You should learn to code.
