Yes I’ve personally have seen it myself. If a rep is on a call, not only is it recording the audio but the visual of all monitors for the entire duration of the call and more. Like the call had ended but yet it was still recording the employees monitors. Just seems strange to have to go to that extreme and now with all the “updated” metrics and goals they are really going to pick your calls apart about EVERYTHING
As a former manager, I know I did not have the ability to "live" monitor my EEs, so this is not true for all areas. I thought some areas have a way to see what was being done on the screens. That's been around for years and usually in a production environment.
Live monitor? If this is true that’s very weird.
I didn’t put in for it bc I didn’t think they would accept it. And if they did I wouldn’t qualify for unemployment if it was voluntary. I’m 2 months away from 10 years and I’m the lead sr adjuster. Perfect scores on everything. But forty I did find another job, thank the Lord. So glad to be leaving especially after what even going in. I know it’s just going to get worse. Did you know they live monitor you and they do it all the time ?! All these people working from home not even aware their nosy boss is eavesdropping. It’s sick and pathetic.
Word has it that there are no denials, but they are asking some people to stay and negotiating for that or they are asking for people to extend their last day from the original 5/1 to 8/7. Evidentally, some departments of front line teams had too many takers and the offshore teams are not ready to take the work so they have even asked people that were on caps to extend to 8/7. I heard the provider teams and claims teams had too many takers. A higher up was complaining that some of the directors on his team took it and they dont know what they are going to do. So, the ones who stay are going to get new bosses and have to go through some restructuring
