We all know they love cheaper P1-P3's. ERP needs to be next to support an average salary decrease plan. Part of that plan is to ignore the 20% inflation over the last few years. It has been so convenient. Who would realize their spending power decrease. Frost appears to believe that undermining all of us is a brilliant strategy. In reality, it’s just a sign of poor leadership. Truly disappointing.

Unfortunately we are headed back into a recession where employers have all the leverage in a poor job market. You can count on Seagate to take full advantage of this and abuse it. Once you get away with stealing money from employees and their families so it can go into your dividend income it becomes a lot easier to do it next time. Look to get rug pulled with a smaller than expected bonus and laughable raise increment this summer.
