Singapore probably 1.5 months min
That is only plan for Seagate US LLC, no for any other country.
This is what it used to be. Hopefully, it is still the same.
2wk + 1wk/year if < 5y
2wk + 1.5wk/year if 5 to <10
2wk + 2wk /year if 10+
max 52 wk
I think Singapore are guaranteed two week pay. Don't know other country.
