Allstate has decided to outsource jobs to Mexico and Colombia as well as Concentrix. I hope the customers enjoy the 5 star customer experience with reps who can't speak fluent English and have a lack of process comprehension which will have long lasting negative impacts. I also hope customers drop Allstate like they have decided to drop us all without costing a penny and all awhile the high ups enjoy their fat bonuses and smoke Colombia cigars in their honor. They can celebrate now paying anyone severance and forcing them to work for a mediocre vendor. I'm sure the high ups aren't losing any sleep at night about how they screwed over loyal and dedicated employees. Shame!
