I can't bear to watch these things anymore.
Just the highlights and any announcements would be nice.

If you want to move up at Met, get a job in Investments was my main takeaway.

Cancelled.
Most important take away is not going back to 5 days office. Hybrid is here or stay.
They will hire a new DEI direct report to the ceo who is in charge of making sure some random useless metric is met. There will be a conversation about something where leadership gets to pat themselves on the back for nonsense reasons. Some peon blowhards will chine in to thank them for all of this.
Meanwhile no updates on actual business or the bottom line.
These meetings add no value, just like our leadership.
