To the exclusion of all other things that a true leader focuses on. Frank is completely out of balance and could only be a CEO of a company like Fiserv that has little governance in a boring industry. It’s unfortunate that he disrupted so many lives. He claims to be a Christian but he doesn’t expose their values.

I used to be #FISVProud, now I’m #FISVDisgusted!! FB does not care about his employees or the clients. He’s all about lining his own pockets!! Why do you think he’s closing offices around the country & building these hubs in Jersey & Maryland? Because he’s getting a huge tax incentive!! So let’s close offices & force people to move & if they don’t move, you’re laid off. So many talented people that have been with Fiserv for 20-25 years are being laid off because they are choosing their family over Fiserv. They don’t want to uproot their families for a CEO that gives zero f**ks about them!! FB is a disgrace. I can’t stand watching his earnings or town hall meetings, he’s always checking his phone, so RUDE!! I miss Yabuki, he actually cared about his employees & clients & he understood that we are all adults & don’t need to be micro-managed to the point where you have to badge in & badge out of the office. Heaven forbid you badge out too early & you end up on a naughty list & then reprimanded. History usually has a way of repeating itself….FB bankrupted First Data, I predict he’ll bankrupt Fiserv by 2024 at the rate everything is going. What are your predictions?
FB doesn't give a hoot about anyone but himself. In two years, he has turned Fiserv into a cr-p show. Its all about him. To eliminate remote workers in the fintech industry is a joke. Every fintech I have spoken to has remote employees. It's the way if the world. But just because FB doesn't trust anyone and likes to micromanage, thousands of talented, loyal employees have to lose their jobs right before the Holidays. Great job Grinch.
To be fair, he is legally required to act in the shareholders best interest. all public companies are. It’s why going public ki--s many great company cultures.
If that's his focus, he's done a terrible job over the last 2.5 years. Fisv stock was amazing prior to him.
I understand phase 2 of the layoffs. Dump the responsibilities of those already gone on the remaining employees to the point that we underperformed and can be fired for "cause ". Then they circumvent the severance package completely. FB, you sly little fox in the h-nhouse!!
False.
Frank is 100% focused on Frank's returns.
Not trying to be snarky but I think you meant "espouse" and not expose. I do agree though, FB does not exemplify Christian values at all. If he did, he would find better ways to cut expenses before he cuts employees. Its complete greed.
That's the goal of every CEO. They are mostly compensated with shares and bonuses tied to share prices.
