TVM is a horse trading distraction from doing real work. LMAO
The leadership is chasing stock price (which Tesla has). The problem is they're going about it in a way that prioritizes short term investor opinion instead of long term health of the company.
They are focusing too much on TESLA & worrying about EVs instead of quality. They are sending ICE off to pasture. They focused too heavily on Autonomous self driving vehicles and trying to be the first, they are focusing too heavily on BEVs and not focusing on what their CORE customers want. Yea, BEVs can be cool, but they're expensive and not practical. They are chasing Tesla & it's a losing game. Tesla has their fanboys, no different than APPLE or NIKE, and it's a statement item. Ford & Lincoln are not statement pieces, fashionable, trendy items, they just aren't, but they're trying to play into this inclusivity of TESLA without understanding the customer base and mindset.

Don’t worry, we are going to do it faster next time with less headcount (the majority of which is not on this continent). That will surely result in a better end product!
You can tell the senior management team is out of touch with what is going on when you hear a female VP make a statement that the reason for the recalls is people working from home.
Sorry to bust your bubble but the problems are TVM, Complexity, Deviations from Design specs just so you check the box.
