It’s wild how management expects loyalty from us but doesn’t offer it in return. We’re pushed to work for the company like it’s our top priority, but when layoffs hit, it’s suddenly no big deal. That shift in attitude really stings. It’s pure hypocrisy. how can they expect us to give our best when they don’t even have our backs?

Well did you hear, there's a natural order?
Those most deserving will end up with the most.
That the cream cannot help but always rise up to the top,
Well I say, "Sh-t floats".
Corporate culture and Loyalty are Oxymoron. You get paid what you worked for. If you putting more than 100%, it’s not leadership problem. Keep your wellbeing above the company’s interest. I am sure many of us learned this in a hard way. Wish you good luck!
To be fair, you do have a job you're expected to do. Everyone on this board needs to understand SVP and below at a minimum have very little control over anything. You may have a bad leader but I highly doubt they are wanting anyone to be Rif'd.
Narratives are written and you have to play your part or be replaced with someone who will. Blame the writer of the 💩📖
What do you expect?
They took the hypocritic oath!
Let us define management.
Middle managers got 30% AIP too
Middle managers are on the chopping block too
I have seen them fight for teams even if it involved lying about performance attendance or productivity
They consist of glorifed entry level people some with souls and some without but they do not have power in this
Loyalty is lost—
winds shift when profits demand,
we are left behind.
