What’s it looking like there? I managed to get out for greener pastures last fall, after a year of trying to move up, pouring my heart into the work and pushing for better employee experience. Years in the company and I watched as so much crumbled. So much loathing for the CXO. A lot of great people, and some really rotten potatoes too.

Something’s happening at the CXO. They’ve been moving people around within teams of ST’s direct reports but none has been made public yet.
It's awful. I broke down during meeting today after getting my a-s chewed out. I don't know how we're meant to sustain this pace but it's not possible in the long term. Congrats on the greener pastures, I feel like I may need to find my own after years with this company too.
