Don't fall for the fake news. HIH exists to replace you and the majority of US based IT & OPS employees. It's only a matter of time. Noelle's language of attracting global talent is an outright lie and has always been. When the next set of layoffs occur(and they will), ask your manager how many Hyderabad employees were laid off. The answer will be NONE. DEI and Dollar $igns ruined this company. Run while you can.

Always remember, IT services that are outsourced usually are brought back in-house due to short comings - it is simply a matter of a few years time…
There's already been a data breach. Offshore employees are not allowed access to PROD environments or PHI due to contract restrictions and many applications have already made this mistake.
Cigna hired a guy who has helped 3-4 other companies move onshore jobs off shore. The gutting of the American employee base will continue until there is another data breach, members complain enough, and/or the Cigna loses its largest customers/employers.
I have been working for them for 14 years and it's definitely not the same, they use to make us do two ours OT m-f and 4 hrs on sat. This went on for two years strait. That year I wasn't even able to use my PTO, so I lost most of it, and no they do not pay you at the end for it.. and the off shore employees are the worst
It’s unfortunate over the past four years that the company has gone downhill.
I’m waiting for somebody to start a lawsuit against Cigna for making employees take the vaccination and show proof!
you are confusing DEI and greed. i have huge issues with american workers (regardless of nationality) losing out to foreign workers that operate on american consumers data. but don’t get it twisted - this isn’t political correctness it’s simply greed and exploitation. they are are pitting workers against each other.
Offshoring jobs is ki-ling this country. It only enriches the greedy executives and big investors. It makes America weaker and worse.
I had a couple of calls with a team in HIH. I have been explaining to them how to use the tools, etc. It's so sad to see what's happening. I'm also stressed.
President wants jobs back to this country, but America companies like Cigna open more offices offshore while layoff American jobs every month. Why no congress proposes law to stop it. If any company offshore job, they should pay tariffs too, 100%!! Why not more companies like Apple, invest money back to the country?
I believe the company is just using DEI as an excuse to hire 20-25 year olds offshore and then lay off domestic employees that are twice their age and cost twice as much in salary and benefits.
Not sure how DEI ruined this company but everything else you said is the cold reality. Is anyone buying anything Noelle or any of the senior leadership team says at this point?
