Be prepared to share all of your and your spouse's financial details, including bank account numbers. On a town hall yesterday they informed us that is required for employment. I wish they would have told me that as part of the offer. Our so called leadership must really loathe us.

Basically on 4/1 we will become Deloitte employees so the layoffs that will come wont be on Elevance books. It's supposed to be business as usual the jobs we do today we will be doing 4/1. It's been a madhouse setting up new accounts and making sure we have access to everything. They are also going to allow Spark for contractors too. They are still working out the kinks whatever that may entail but thats coming as well with these rebadge.
