I got the boot about six months ago and honestly, I’m stoked. It felt like escaping disaster. HON was a mess and I’m glad I’m out of there. If you get let go, see it as a chance. There’s a whole world of better opportunities out there. You’ll be thanking your lucky stars once you’re out of that disaster zone… The best things happen when you least expect it!

@2x1+1jnrh7tt0 I think going on every thread leaving sulky comments says a lot more about you my friend.
Why do people who claim to have left recently or years ago bother to check this board anymore WTF losers
I've been at Honeywell for 37 years. So much has changed from bad to worse and now intolerable. If I had any real skills I would have left years ago, instead I will fake my way through another 10 and retire.
I guess I love it here?
I am in a protected class
I've been at Honeywell for 10 years now and I love it. Great management, people and what we're doing is awesome. Since it's a conglomerate still I can't relate to what you were doing but like anything, there's good and bad. I'm just glad you all are happy now. Poor management can definitely make or break your experience.
Very poorly managed and do not care about employees as far as orange tx goes. Performance raises and promotions are based off of who you know not how you perform.
I left before Covid. It was bad then, it sounds worse now. Sorry to all those that remain
It’s good to check outside job postings every now and then, see what opportunities there are elsewhere, having the confidence to pursue something better.
HW has such a toxic environment you’re better off out. Left 2 yrs ago.
I left 6 months ago and I am so much happier in my new job. I was having some stress related health issues that have now disappeared.
