Strategy head axed due to differences with DM on doing business with China. Not everyone supports unethical criminal business.

b4+1jnrez4v9 Boards approve acquisitions, so doubtful a head of strategy was on their own
IMO they bought Intevac to protect a vulnerable key process vendor that was looking at getting out of the business.
Is this the 2022 DEI hire that just got Seagate scammed into buying Intevac for no apparent reason that was operating with massive losses of multi millions per year that Seagate gets to enjoy now? Normally you want an acquisition to actually add value, not massive losses. Absolutely nuts how this company is run and the millions wasted on boondoggles. I wonder how much stock she had to personally benefit. I’m not defending DM either. He is horrible and makes poor staffing choices.
