I wonder how they get around WARN notices. I don’t see them on there ever.

Also, you can pay 30 or 60 days severance in lieu of notice and that’s possibly what they are doing
Yeah pretty easy to dodge that.
Especially with their monthly rolling layoff approach.
These are state specific based on employee location. If spread across the country, and numbers are small per state, noWARN notices needed.
How many people have they actually laid off? Thinknthe warn notices to require 200?
