Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

CC - 200 agents below

I think it’s great that we aren’t selling to these smaller customers, leave them for the CcaaS. Vendors like Genesys, Nice and Five9. 200 seats and below is their sweet spot

We are the only vendor that can handle large customers, we have the heritage and capability

Onwards and upwards, the sky is the limit

First off, AXP is absolute garbage. Can't even get basic telephony right.
Can't transfer from CC to Emergency services because AXP can't send originating caller ID.
Can't record calls that come in from the cr-ppy call back module.
The entire thing is extremely disjointed from the rest of the product line.

Onwards...maybe.. but defiantly not upwards.
Avaya is 3 steps backwards from anyone else in the industry.

Must be crazy to think that is a good thing. Do you really think the very few, less than 20, customers that are greater than 200 in AXP are going to save the company?? Not gonna happen. That product will be dead as will the company before long
