I remember when CBRES was polling us for what amenities we wanted in our 3rd building. I think 2019 was supposed to have been the targeted completion date. So much has changed since then on this alternate timeline.

The reorg will do Chevron well, IF it’s managed properly from start to finish. The keyword here is “IF”. But with history as a guide, I think it won’t end well.
