LC doesn’t have the te------s to be honest. He is too distant and aloof. He is drinking the kool aid if he thinks the MSPs and “the INJUN” can operate the IT infrastructure and applications at Chevron effectively during the next two years. It took 2 years to get the last transformation stable and this one apparently won’t have the technical people around to catch the ball when it falls.

That’s better than some international BUs, where the number will be closer to 50-80%.
Basically found out I’m out of a job today with very little chance of having suitable roles to apply for.
