Heard some people are hosting celebrations. For those of you who officially said goodbye and pushed eject on this mess, how does it feel? What’s next? Do we think they’re likely to make us leave right away on the ‘minimum’ date or force some to stick around for a deferred date?

Amazing. Chevron is filled with lifers who can’t think for themselves and have never seen any other way because they never have. It is destined to fail, re-org or no re-org.
Feels good that I will soon be free of the mess that has become Chevron. It is not without mixed emotions, friends will be missed. I hope the best for all my colleagues.
Submitting EOI when they plan on keeping you is not pretty, though. You will end up in more of a mess than you're in now.
I hope I get the roll that I asked for is all. Buttered and no sprinkles.
Feels great. I’ll miss the friends I’ve made, but this company has lost its way and it isn’t going to get better anytime soon.
All these townhall make me wish I could press the button.
God speed to all who are able to
Word is California downstream is setting their default date of termination as July 1st unless an exception can be made and that individual is released earlier. Any thoughts on this?
Just lit a blunt to have with my whisk-y. Feels good to wear pants again
Yep, it feels great to be free of this mess. I feel really bad for all of the people who want to stay but won't be able to though.
Hit the button and it feels wonderful! Just waiting and waiting and waiting for someone to figure out the next step. Sure feels like they are making this up as thy go during their 4 hour Saturday morning sessions!
