Anyone else’s store closed off 1 of the entrances to help stop theft? And are all stores having major theft issues due to lack of loss prevention?

News flash... loss prevention policy says they are not allowed to touch or go off curb or even grab the merchandise or they are termed immediately. So I don't blame them.. it's the rejects at the top that make the policies that are to blame. Macy's people brought these policies over. Yet all of the Macy's people here were shitcanned from Macy's... clearly we see why now.
Our massive theft problem is due to the fact that there are no associates on the floor. Shoplifters know this and they know Belk is a very easy target.
Our loss prevention was eliminated 5 years ago.
We have a loss prevention who does nothing. Literally does nothing.
