If the overall headcount in IT is staying the same, that means the other functions will have to make up the difference to achieve the 15-20% overall reduction. I bet they didn’t see that coming.

The information presented and the lack of transparency with the answers just makes people know there will be a lot of US job positions lost to the "ENGINE", formerly known as "US IT" but the Leadership Teams will remain to manage the MSP's and overseas employees.

LC looked like Dustin Hoffman in "Rain man" with his uncontrolled rocking back and forth motion. Definitely a body language indication he was not comfortable with the information he was saying or perhaps not telling the truth to us....
Now we see how easy it will be to fit everyone in the office 3 to 4 days a week by this summer
Was anything said about impact to international business unit IT?
LC said we’re cutting more than 15-20%. But he couldn’t give a number. Do they know themselves? Are they just cutting everything but enterprise solutions then seeing how the numbers shake out?

That’s what they’ve been saying about SAFE for years but then they still tell everyone we have to do what the RTE tells us and we still have to do PI planning and every other waste of time that comes with it.

KB needs to teach her boss how to pronounce Buenos Aires. She at least can say it somewhat correctly. Should be a prerequisite for the FLT to be able to pronounce the location that will be bigger than Houston.
So what I’m hearing is that Les didn’t understand the post-transformation model so he’s just changing it back to what we had before that didn’t work - but with more people offshored, just like decades ago when we outsourced everything and it fell apart so we brought it all back in. What a joke.
