It’s been a few years since DXC acquired Luxoft, and I’m curious has this merger actually benefited employees, or has it just been another corporate takeover?
With DXC’s history of cost-cutting, has the integration resulted in more layoffs?
Some might argue that Luxoft gained access to a larger client base and enterprise stability, but was it worth it?
For those who have been around how do you feel about Luxoft today? Is it still the same company, or has it become just another DXC division?

The Luxsoft folk seem fine but much better paid than their DXC colleagues so Luxsoft folk get brought in when projects are desperate for bodies, as it appears Luxsoft runs a bench, but then their higher rates damage the bottom line and they are kicked off. Depending on the size and duration of the project this maybe repeated several times.
Luxoft was largely left alone for most of the time... Except for that one moment a few years back when having a Russian running it was a publicity nightmare and so he got booted.
