How is the new block 4 am schedule being received in your club?

home office doesn't make many decisions that are beneficial to anyone but them. but this was a good one. fresh areas weren't ready for for business at opening. most people at store level had been saying this for years.
much better for meat, produce, & bakery.
This is very hurtful to week up in the middle of night with not reason.specially if you have closers
Do you think the change will even be a thing in three months?
At my club, 2 associates have been given a 3 month extension to "figure it out" while the rest of us have to follow the shift change effective March 22nd. Hmm...
Its stupid but I like going home at 12:30.
