time to abandon Tech as career, even daily casual laborer get better respect ten techie in India.
No amount of upskilling helps. Upskill by spending astronomical amount on tuition fee and work for low pay and heinous conditions. it is not career... it is worse than bonded labor

yes. shareholders and profits and firm image matters most . oversupply of techies is causing firms to go for astronomical profits expectations. With such high inflation and tax rates and sky rocketing rent and housing cost, why am i working one job and spending 12-14hours in Indian IT firm, risking my health....
