Anyone know if we are getting a pay increase this year? If so is a standard 2 or 3%?

Same thing every year
2% for meets expectations and 3% for exceeds. Some team rankings at “exceed” were recalibrated to “achieved”. Apparently only 10% of the company can “exceed”…
