@d8+1jnh9yaj9 KM's comments about the org chart being ready are for the STAC org only. Certain org charts are fully lined out, STAC being one of them. RB in MCBU said the same. Other 1H orgs aren't fully charted yet. Leadership can't release any org charts until every org going in the first half is fully fleshed out. So blame the few orgs that are laggards. STAC has to suffer while they further delay. Also, PDCE integration org chart was much easier because there were more roles than people. This reorg is far less roles than people. Not apples to apples in timing or complexity. Welcome to the thunderdome, you're not at a tiny DJ and Pecos only company anymore.

Yesterday they said the whole org chart was made and ready to go but that it likely wouldn't be out before people had to make a decision on AEOI which I think is bullsh-t. I came from PDCE and that acquisition was handled way better than this re-org. I don't believe these people actually believe they're being transparent. I honestly believe the cuts are so bad in some areas that they're concerned about the continuity of work.
Something has to exist in order to appear.

They definitely don’t have a final org chart. They’ve had the current-state org charts for about 3 weeks.
Needing an army of Consultants, aka friends of certain ELT, shows the ELT have 0 idea what to do. 0 accountability.

I’m guessing it will pressure more people to AEOI….or they get off on the looks of
angst and worry on our faces.
