Thread regarding Elevance Health (Anthem) layoffs

Starting an AIP thread

Starting a master post to track aip payout percentage or dollar amount as people find out (would be interesting to also know for comparison what the target full payout would be).

@db+1jnh7383y go research the definition of the word pessimistic while you wait for your 38K to vest.

LOL. Shows the mental capacity of those who get 38K in stock in a “down” year.

Very pessimistic compared to last year…. 53% AIP, Merit Raise of 3.5%. Long term stock options of 38K

We have lazy management too. We will be able to see our AIP in our paystubs in Workday before we are told by management what we got.

Merit 3% AIP 34.60%
I don’t even have words the like of respect evident. I wish everyone the very best moving away from this company. We all will meet our maker one day and are accountable for our choices and actions even Leadership.

Know your worth because this company will not be there for you in your time of need or can give back precious time from slaving all day for zero meaningful work. All lies, deceit, back door deals and greasing palms. We had 34.60% AIP and Merit between 2-3%. We sufferer along with our members everyday it’s a complete disgrace. There is no real leadership…just a bunch of snakes. I hate it here…everyday is a rat race. Carelon is a wasteland. EXL was NOT our saving grace..just another over priced short term bandaid of a platform.

Just spent 2 hours applying for a new job. Something i couldn't have fathomed in the best several years. This company has no loyalty. It isn't interested in long term employees. I'm not interested in working for another company who even has us as their insurer.

Good luck with whoever is left after you drive all the high performers away with your onslaught of bs policies and low pay.

52% AIP 2% Merit

It’s just insulting… 52% is $2500 for me after taxes I will be lucky to have $1000. No consideration for inflation but yay we get a couple of hours off on Friday for Employee Appreciation Day. Telling me I should be thankful for crumbs?! You executives do you think you work so much harder than me that you can decide to take back precious little money from the actual workforce? Sleep tight on your lavender scented silk sheets at your beach house while we budget for basic necessities.

My department AIP baseline was 40%. Seems pretty common based on other comments here.

No merit I guess I made too much in QIP. I’m done. No raise 3 years. I will say I did do better on QIP then those on my team on AIP for 24 but still no merit for 3 years?!

42% AIP 3.5% Merit

Beginning of the end. No longer a place to retire from. This was just blatant disrespect and disregard for fellow employees. There was plenty of funding but Executives decided our hard work that keeps their hand shaking jobs going wasn’t worth it.

43% 3%…..what bs. Leadership are slithering snakes with their immoral, lying, deceptive, evil ways. Time to abandon ship…and guess what no life preservers there is no funding for that. Happy early Employee Appreciation Day!

What did the Execs get? Bet it was more than 36-40%. And what’s with the stock these days? Our leadership needs to be replaced. Bring back Larry Glasscock.

What a slap in the face. Never in my life as a professional have I seen such blatant disregard for employees. Officially on a job search. I honestly believe this the future of Elevance it won’t get better.

Notice the pattern. Higher raises, lower aip. It's because aip is due immediately and they can also rif you to avoid paying your new salary for the full year. Profits over people in full view.

Work your wage. 40% effort for 40% bonus. 35% for 35% and so on. Give them what they're paying for at least until you're rifed or rebadged. You can't put people under constant threat then also sc--w them out of money that was already budgeted for in the prior year. Let this be the equity year. Pay = effort.

Last year was 105% but 687% after hipo awards. 45% merit increase.
7500 shares last year ($3M)

Staff VP’s did us dirty…Carelon is a wasteland. Vp’s have zero backbones. Oh thank you thank you for the measly $1k performance awards…what trash. I hate working here and can not wait to leave. We are all rats in Elevances maze that feed us crumbs along the way. Look forward to that “ I appreciate you” impact award for Friday’s Employee Appreciation Day. Such a crock of bs.

I would rather flush my $2500 bonus..such bs. Can’t wait for the executives to tell us about their second homes purchased with their 10-15 million dollar payouts. I think I want a job outside of Payor companies there is NO excuse for these low AIP’/Merits. The money is there!

  1. 6% plus a dabble of sugar brought it up to 45.86%. For context, last year it was 102.5% and a spoonful of sugar brought it to 110.99%.

I got 100 impact award points and then the offshore, the visa and the bot that are taking my job took turns kicking me in the nutz. The VP of staffs also did the needful and joined in too. I read the march culture commons while I iced myself.
