Starting a master post to track aip payout percentage or dollar amount as people find out (would be interesting to also know for comparison what the target full payout would be).

Unrelated clueless question, how do you find out what level of "E" your position is? Thanks and carry on.
Wow. Think you are superior because of your job title. How pathetic, people are more than job title. How sad , I’m assuming you are a manager if some sort and you still aren’t satisfied with your life that you need to come on this site and rip on people who make less money than you. Insecure much?
All these posts complaining about Ms and Es must be O08. Go deliver pizza.
VP of Staffs is a joke name. You've been too out of touch to notice. Typical M with a superiority complex. Good Ms exist, but are rare.
Also, if you have a specific issue with a problem child or E15/16, it's probably better addressed by AR or maybe even the Associate CARE service would help.
Did the company introduce new titles? What is a VP of Staff? You’re all skilled associates, yet you can’t even get the titles right—it’s “Staff VP.”
You call out Ms, but what about E15 and E16? They earn the same pay without the burden of managing immature staff who complain about going to the office and wonder why they’re not advancing when they’re barely meeting production standards.
M16 is most likely a VP of staffs. Go back to servicing your VP. c’mon,
do the needful.
This company has lowered the bar so bad I do 2 hours of work and look like a superstar. Probably doing same amount of work as M16.
M16 forgets they are replaceable too. Seen many a manager get riffed. Like EH would stop functioning if they were gone. Hilarious!
@pz+1jnh7383y. M16 cant hold 200KPL’s jock. come back 200KPL. Share your stats.
- 5% merit 62% AIP. I’m E13 in national accounts.
I would never want you to be an M15 or M16. Heck I would never want to be a people manager at all. It’s not what all of us aspire to and it doesn’t mean you’re better than anyone. You sound like an egomaniac. I bet your directs hate you
Looks like M16 is the new 200KPL!
Your experience with M15 & M16? Your experience is you can never be M15 or M16 so you drown in your tears. You are replaceable. Just face it take your AIP you most probably don’t deserve with that attitude and look elsewhere be someone else’s problem child. Good luck with career progression.
@mk+1jnh7383y. the “calculated result” is usually around 100% or so and then your boss can give you a high performer award to bring you to a higher %.
This year the calculated result is anywhere from 35-55% based on the AIP category you fall in. Some are getting more than 55% due to high performer awards.
My experience with M15 & M16 is they don’t know their a-s from a hole in the ground. Never seem to know what’s going on and who’s going what. Go ahead and keep deluding yourself that you’re important and we give 2 sh--s about your opinion.
The Ms reinforcing how callous and spiteful leaders are via open forum is the epitome of class.
E15. Still have not been told what AIP will be. Gets later and later every year.
M15 here and agree with M16. I am sure your leadership knows your work ethic and lack of accomplishments daily.
What determines the percent AIP? I went from 102.5% last year to 36% this year. Why is everybody’s percent different? Also got a 4% merit raise.
Finally got merit info. 38% bonus and 3.5 salary increase. It’s sad this was my first full year with the job and I didn’t get to experience a high bonus percentage.
Thank you M16 for confirming management thinks we are worthless and appreciation is complete BS.
Hey M16. They would only love to have this job until they did it for a few months and realized what a soul su-king shithole this place is.
Oh sh-t. M16 has entered the chat. Thanks for your wisdom. Just curious, did you mention that M to gain some sort of clout? To make sure everyone knew they were being blessed with advice from mid tier management at a soulless company? I do indeed feel most probably lucky. Best!
You are free to look for employment elsewhere. There are tons of people who would love to have your job. You are not special if anything you are most probably lucky to have your job. This is coming from an M16 with an AIP of 40% and merit of 3%.
Oh, holy sh-t, the “miserable fossils” argument? That’s adorable. The irony of calling people out-of-touch while clutching your pearls over employees daring to expect fair pay is truly next-level comedy.
Let’s get something straight: loyalty to a corporation is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. You think ELV cares about you? You think if layoffs hit, your “just be grateful” attitude is going to save you? Spoiler alert: it won’t. They’ll throw you out just as fast as anyone else, probably while sending a company-wide email about “challenging times” and “tough decisions” right before the CEO cashes another multi-million-dollar bonus.
And don’t even start with the “job hunting is hard” speech. No sh-t, Sherlock. Job hunting isn’t for the weak—it’s a soul-crushing, demoralizing, circus act where companies demand six rounds of interviews and a five-page essay just to ghost you. But guess what? I did it. And I walked away from multiple companies while making 30% more while ELV keeps y’all fighting over scraps like pigeons at a park.
So yeah, keep preaching the “be grateful” nonsense while I’m over here actually getting paid what I’m worth. Let me know how that works out for you when ELV decides your job can be done cheaper overseas or even replace you with AI. Maybe they'll send you a coupon for a free coffee on your way out.
Considering ALL the layoffs that occurred in 2024 and the initiatives that saved the company millions and millions, the excuse of lower than expected membership is the reason our AIPs are so low this year, just doesn’t add up. Feels like a Jelly of the Month Club type incentive from leadership. The leadership that will get their large bonuses all while expecting everyone to work in the office and working harder and less efficient due to the jobs that were rif’d.
Holy sh-t, some of you lifers are miserable fossils who have zero idea how the real world works. Good luck with that.
And everyone is grateful to be alive. Let people feel how they want to feel because most likely you got a sh---y aip and merit which will be followed by a rif or rebadge anyway. Having a, "thanks for allowing us to work for you" attitude is exactly why things never change. People are hanging on by a thread as it is, give everyone a freakin break.
50% 2.3% 0 shares Last year 110% and 1.7% 0 shares (Meets ranking)
If I wasn’t carrying my families health insurance I would quit right now. 1.75% raise same sh---y raise as last year and 55% aip. I do other peoples work every single week. From now on don’t ask for nothing
You know what, @jv+1jnh7383y ? You're absolutely right, and you make some excellent points. Thanks for sharing and for laying that all out in such detail.
But those of us who say, "be grateful to have a job" - we're right as well. Because getting laid off and job hunting absolutely su-ks, in case you haven't been through it. It is a soul su-king, terrifying, exhausting he-l hole in which you question your worth, you go on countless interviews that go nowhere, you get ghosted, you watch your savings and resources quickly deplete, and it puts unbelievable stress on your marriage, your family, and your overall health.
Also - ELV is not unique in all of this. More companies are like this than not. Our ELV world here is just one example of the corporate greed and billionaire culture that's now become the norm.
Our viewpoints are not mutually exclusive... Peace.
It's because we've spent roughly two years with a propaganda machine telling us how well we're doing, while watching friends and colleagues get rifed and rebdged through no fault of their own. That created a culture where people are afraid and insecure leading to palpable toxicity among employees. A lot of those people have become downright aholes and huge barriers to anyone still trying to do anything good here. When you've put up with bullsh-t for years and find out that in the worst of those years, YOU, not the investors or leaders, have been financially punished for bad investments in tech, it stings.
So what did we all work for other than leadership paychecks? You can look at consumer ratings and see that we damn sure didn't positively impact members or providers with that money.
They want us to trust them, but for what? A monthly meeting where you hear some bs about someone's life that you probably can't even identify with anyway and all their pet projects where they toy with billions of dollars. Yet they never come back later and admit when they fail. They definitely never tell you how THEY are taking accountability for that either. They tell you it's your fault, collectively, but that they really appreciate you anyway. They don't say it's the fault of ego maniacs trying to keep their precious children in 100k private schools. RIF one elt and you can fund all those fix the basics that actually fix the basics instead of adding cardboard on top of your existing dumpster fire, which quite frankly seems to be our entire strategy.
I can’t wait for Chris Murphy to get elected President and pass free healthcare for all regardless of citizenship.
@k2+1jnh7383y. if for example, your calculated result is 40% but you got 45%, you received a high performer award.
40% AIP, 2.9% Merit and some peanuts.
Is an individual performance award still out there for part of total AIP? Mine was egg if the month club this year too…though according to some on here I should be grateful for that.
So many keyboard warriors on here complaining like they are freedom fighters.
6k raise. 14k AIP. 30k stock award. AIP much lower than previous year but stock award higher. They know a large % of this stock will never be paid out.
@hn+1jnh7383y. False. I’ve received stock as a E13 and M14 so does not at E15.
Oh, the "be grateful you have a job" mantra—because nothing says employee appreciation like being told to accept whatever crumbs are tossed our way. Elevance Health's 2024 financials paint a different picture: the company reported operating revenues of $175.2 billion, a $5 billion increase from the previous year. Operating gains also saw a 2.4% uptick, reaching $7.9 billion Meanwhile, CEO Gail Boudreaux's total compensation package was a cool $21.89 million. This includes $5.25 million in cash and $15.8 million in equity—because apparently, leading a company to record profits deserves more than just a pat on the back. So, when the company touts its Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) as a key tool to "attract, retain, and motivate" talent, yet delivers lackluster payouts, it's not just disappointing; it's a slap in the face. We factored AIP into our compensation when we joined, expecting it to reflect our contributions. If leadership wants to shortchange us, perhaps they should revise their investor messaging—because you can't have it both ways. LET ME REMIND YOU THIS IS LOWEST AIP in over 10 years.
Let's be real: telling us to "be thankful" while the top brass enjoy hefty paychecks amidst soaring profits is not just tone-deaf; it's emblematic of the unbalanced power dynamics we're up against. If we don't speak up now, we set a precedent that allows corporations to continue undermining employee compensation. So yes, we'll continue to voice our dissatisfaction when the AIP doesn't measure up—because settling for less is not an option. If you want to continue to bow down and lick your top brass feet, feel free.
