Recorded severance accruals reported in Q4 were 247mil for US Downstream and 22mil for international. Of course, Oronite will be impacted crown jewel or not.

Not so fast. Remember competitive performance is the name of the game. Strong year over year performance or even record earnings “simply isn’t good enough” and Oronite still lags behind key competitors.
