Continue with all the layoffs of US citizens. Companies are certifying there are no US citizens who can do these jobs.

In 25 years of my career I have never ever seen a single Indian manager to hire a non Indian.
I have seen Indians disappear in exactly the same way with immediate deactivation of their Slack account. But we are hiring more than we are letting go.

Pretty much lol almost all of these layoffs I see on this site are in USA only, company's are making way for experienced and talented Indians to save them from burger brain id--ts
