Do you think it is a large number of people that pushed the AEOI Button with just a basic severance?

What is "just a basic severance"? CVX severance is one of the best out there for the normal workforce. Not sure what you are getting at.
Yes, I think many are considering the AEOI if it’s crystal clear their job is either relocating or considered redundant. I think they are trying to get a headcount before the orgs are created to better understand who is left to place is the US Based positions. A painful waiting game.
