Ready to see resignations fly as AIP comes out this week

As AIP is sent out this week I know of numerous folks waiting to submit resignations. Carelon CCA is going to be hit hard by resignations. To tell a team “oh I thought we would get zero bonus so at least we got something” is not ok from a VP of Staff. Bottom line they could care less about their teams.

Can't forget the sh-t raises, I love being net negative for the year and eating into savings, I really love giving my life to this company working early and late day after day, taking on responsibilities way outside the scope of my role, then getting sh-t on my face from a joke of a bonus and just as much of one of a "raise".

People resign often after AIP payout regardless if descent or miniscule. They're counting on that. I'm going to wait until the next RIF. This organization has lost it's humanity long ago.

Two external interviews so far and another one next week. I am staying hopeful that I can exit this H hole soon.

And then move your AIP $$$ to another account so the greedy Executives don't try to go into your account and grab it back when you resign. :)

Don’t resign until the AIP $$ is deposited into your account.

Yeah Carelon CCA has terrible leadership. Seem nice but watch out. Look who specifically certain VP’s decide to meet with as new employees.

@en+1j Since arriving on scene, I haven't seen a Staff VP that doesn't do this
".....the VP of staff doesn’t support the teams and fight for salaries/AIP like she should and plays favorites."

CCA is Carelon Complex Clinical Audit (DRG, high dollar, implants, and HBA (hospital bill audit). They are treated horribly and had extremely low AIP..the VP of staff doesn’t support the teams and fight for salaries/AIP like she should and plays favorites.

I knew it was 34.6% but seeing the actual numbers on these pdfs is heart breaking.

Is there a particular day of the week the notice goes out about RIF? I am making myself nervous thinking of any random meeting invite received.

Isn't it paid on 3/14? Or once the AIP $ numbers are communicated, you are safe to resign? I have an offer and want to resign but planned to wait until 3/14.

Management is ultimately responsible for the work getting done - they may have to do it themselves or update their resume.
