Ameesh does not have it in him to overhaul his team.
90-100 dollar estimate is correct. I was laid off in 2024, and I was able to jump back in as a contractor with 95 an hour rate. It’s with ECIO so anecdotally this claim checks out. Welcome to others’ opinions.
While the $20/hr is in the ballpark, GSP will let you know we are charged around $90-$100 an hour because of the various federal forms/conditions. Why aren't we paying/finding local talent $75/hr? Oh, because Americans aren't into STEM courses anymore.
Ameesh could do USAA a favor and clear himself out and let a veteran do his job.
Can confirm. HCL and Tata CS are being brought in en masses. No more Americans gonna be allowed. Was told a Indian developer is only $20/hr.
