When are we rolling it back as a company too. DEI hires have been ki-ling our company the last 4 years. We cannot get anything done, just look and listen to these daily meetings. Pure unqualified nonsensical employees. DEI is dead time to get better.

I had a DEI manager and the whole department was a sinking ship. Had no idea how to be a manager or lead. So many people quit and the rest were left to kick up the pieces. But at least she had a nice weave, long lashes , long nails and her LV. The rest of us suffered. But that was my push to go back for my MSN and now I’m making 300K

Are we sure they're neurodivergents and not just aholes? This company definitely tolerates the latter. Any neurodivergent I know is just as disappointed and frustrated by the company as anyone and is also no more safe in the chess game the company is playing than anyone.
I've seen a huge uptick in people being absolutely vile to each other even upon a first meeting. It's not neurodivergence. It's a population of terrified people behaving in ways they probably wouldn't had the company not incessantly made it clear we have every reason to be in fight or flight mode. The company is driving and reinforcing the bad behavior not someone with a disability who is also trying to keep their job.
I've observed posts around neurodiversity at this company. My concern is not with hiring neurodivergent individuals, but with the lack of accountability when performance or interpersonal issues arise. When individuals struggle with teamwork or job performance, and these issues are not addressed, it creates a burden on the rest of the team. I've seen ten years of situations at EH where certain individuals are seemingly shielded from consequences. I am a fellow neurodivergent person and this frustrated me greatly.
I am floored by the number of people who don't think that the people who look and think differently than you deserve jobs, livelihoods and respect. I don't give a hoot if you're here 20 days or 20 years, that is a disgusting attitude and says plenty about your character.
Please sign yourselves up for rif. Go work at some company full of regular old white people immersed in group think. My guess is you'd have the same complaints but you wouldn't be able to use DEI as an excuse. But hey, give it a try. Let us know your findings.
To the question of who would hire neurodivergents, the answer is, everyone. Everyone would.

In a response to 50 year olds white Director. I have been a Director with this company and used to be a SVP. We were demoted part of a DEI project so non white straight men can hold positions of value to up our DEI scores. So don’t come around here educating us on how we all need DEI. On top of that we all are expected to be on the riffs with claims.

I’ve had Directors of about every ethnicity- they all were monsters as well as stupid, nasty, mean, lazy, liars and emotionally UNintelligent on top of that ! Then hire people from outside and expect them to pick up where the riffed teams and people left off. You have to work a EH for at least a year before you understand how things work. I hate DEI but ironically only see it in name only at this company.
DEI isn’t only the vendors. DEI is women as well. I would like to think I’m helping our company succeed not ki-ling it. The issue is that when you outsource to the extent we have you lose loyalty, willingness to go over and above and do your best.
