DXC is in the top 10 worts companies to work! Look for it. I’m only here because I’m from the HP days and it’s hard to find a job outside. I have evidence of all his lies and immoral strategies delivered by him, Jim Brady, and Finch. They don’t have morals, they are rotten souls. Mike and all his L1, L2 and L3 are destroying employees lives, self esteem and future. I wish this comes out soon. They are psychopaths. Management are puppets that follow immoral directions. Every month gets worst.

It's actually not that hard to find a job outside DXC.
Lots of us have done it.
Write up a great outcome-focused CV, practice your interview skills (you'll need this if you've been there a long time). Then get interviewing, land a better job with more money at an ethical company, and watch how life improves.
Speaking personally, my mental health improved immeasurably after I left DXC. No more endless rounds of WFR - wondering if I was 'Safe' whilst working out who to lay off from my teams. No more being forced to lie to my clients. No more being told that my appraisal results were great but there's no bonus 'cause Mike had all the bonus for himself. I knew it was time to leave when being 'saved' from WFR felt like a prison sentence.
Hard to find a job outside? If you are useless maybe. My pay is up 25% since I left DXC with a near 20% annual bonus and other perks. There were a lot of people hiding in DXC when I was there. I guess you are just another one of those.
Another soul distracted and disappointed. You will get what you deserve to get. You will get what is destined for you. Nobody can take what is yours. So please deliver service to your customer -... If every one does this, things will automatically fall in place and we would be in a better place and forging ahead.
Innovation Week right after 2nq QTR reports that show we lost more money and no pay increases. We want an official email from Mike S that states only the board and his funklies got BIG pay increases and there is no $$ for the rest of us. Anything else is just total BULL SH-T!
