Things seem to have calmed down lately. The chaos of RIFs feels like a distant memory. But are we all magically happy now? Is the company thriving again?

Confirmed that a new round of RIF is coming. Like last year though, it has been pushed out, and will be right after Inspire again.
This is getting very, very predictable.....
Company owners need a new vacation mansion and cash for the maintenance on their jets.
Layoffs in April
100% correct. And they are going to be significant.
CPO replacements coming in
This is going to take some weeks and months to fully implement, but JH leaving is the very very tip of this iceberg.
high salaried marketers are getting rude awakening
Absolutely 100% happening, per PE orders to leadership. If you are a marketing director or higher ....watch out!!
people in low tier cities are getting their salaries adjusted
People in ALL tier cities are getting their salaries adjusted. Prepare for salary reductions (even if you just got a raise) that are going to erase salary gains you've made over the past 5+ years
new CMO on the way.
Not quite sealed and delivered, but moving along nicely, and we will have more news on this in the coming weeks. May and June are going to be KI-LER months for the vast majority of Marketing folks, particularly Marketing "people leaders". Mark my words.

'Get leaders who aren't getting high while on camera. How that woman got a promotion is baffling.'
She got the promotion by throwing the VP of Marketing into a dark hole. The guy is still unemployed, and she took his job. Why wouldn’t she celebrate by toking up on camera?
She's God at Alteryx and y'all her servants.
How can one possibly find happiness when surrounded by snakes, while the so-called leadership lounges about, puffing on cigars as though they contain an entire boardroom’s worth of opinions?
Get it together. Get leaders who aren't getting high while on camera. How that woman got a promotion is baffling.
There's no calm. People are recharging. It will once more get messy come May. Just like the previous 5 years.
Recharging aka accumulating leverage against fellow coworkers. 🥱
'I haven't seen anyone from Marketing and Brand get promoted'
Marketers were heavily promoted last year.
'' 'who was promoted this round' - Almost every department, except IT and Technical Account Managers. Record promotions across product - oh, the irony. -
Most of IT has been outsourced this year but shame about the TAMs, no promotions on that team and well deserved compared to others.''
I haven't seen anyone from Marketing and Brand get promoted.....
'An employee recently left the company, and like a digital ghost, removed all traces of Alteryx from her LinkedIn profile.
She didn't want to be associated with Alteryx. Plain and simple.

“Cuts ahead. April or June.”
“Will it be announced? Which teams? Performance related or arbitrary based on leader preference?“
Most likely a troll. If there’s any merit to this then make a post on blind and explain

Aks yourself what would make someone do that.

things are great. product hasn't changed in 20 years, nor has the data space so we're gonna rock it lol.
'Seems a lot of people getting promoted. Not exactly performance-based.'
Every single time...
Seems a lot of people getting promoted. Not exactly performance-based.
The usual issues with Performance Marketing and Brand are still present.
