MW put out the message that people should only be getting 1 maybe 2 exceeds at most. I watched managers hold to 1 exceeds regardless of if the performance deserved 2 maybe 3 for lower PSG’s but they dished out 2 and 3 for higher PSG’s and didn’t say a word when they were given 2-3 themselves. How is that even right???

This is why culture change is being pushed by MW and Deliver Results is 50% now (should be higher) - and being a respectful professional is a given
does past year performance have any weight to posting? would a person with 4 ee's be more likely to place?
I thought everyone got multiple exceeds all the time
Don't worry. If you are older than 55, you will never an exceeds. Thye are edging you to the door.
