Confident in Gunjan Media's Leadership at U.S. Bank

With Gunjan Kedia as CEO, I believe U.S. Bank is poised for growth, particularly in AI and Automation, plus genuine talent. His leadership can drive impactful change, enhancing efficiency, innovation, and customer experience. Exciting times ahead for the bank's future!

Is it fair to expect the CEO of U.S. Bank to be able to speak English? Like American English, you know, using words that people can understand and that are well enunciated? Or is that what happens with runaway DEI?

Troll post. Well, unless they are just a good little imported automaton and used ShatGPT to accommodate for English being their second language.

Gunjan is simply a role player, keeping the seat warm as the bank continues behind the scenes merger discussions with any bank who will have us. She will be gone as soon as that happens…that’s been the end game all along. Merge or die.

She passed through my former group for a minute. I was told she wanted to talk to the top 50 customers in our group and I managed 1 of those 50. She made it through about 10 of the 50 then suspended the operation. I got the task of trying to explain to my best customer why the new head of our group asked for a call with them and ghosted them.

I came away unimpressed from my 1 almost interaction with her. I was unimpressed with anyone tied to McKinsey. They all seemed somewhere between mildly and grossly incompetent and I know they were all way overpaid. I got laid off in October so I may just be a little bitter. With that in mind, I’d expect GK to be like AC but more willing to swing the axe.

What in the bot even is this post?

The general consensus is that GK isn't a positive change for the bank. But then again AC was awful as well, so at least they're consistent.

Obviously not a comment written by analysts from Wells Fargo Bank or from JP Morgan Chase Bank, their questions at investor day and at the fourth quarter earnings call clearly indicated otherwise.

But it is interesting to see how AI can be so wrong on so many different levels.
