Our #1 most important objective is AI while our #5 objective is growing the customer base? 🤔
Doesn't revenue increase with new customers?
And nobody cares about each "personal" story of our "leaders", or if she can sing.

When “growing the customer base” is priority #5, it’s time to sell all of your stock. No company survives if it doesn’t prioritize growth. Does the BOD even know they have prioritized it that low? I could maybe see #2, with efficiently servicing and managing your existing membership as #1.
I am sick of their personal stories. Tired of the disconnect. Are they REALLY that clueless and callous? Yes, yes they are.
Yeah but are we sure rifing people now and assuming AI will replace them now is the right thing? We have rifed a lot but we sure haven't actually "replaced" anyone. It begs the question - do you keep reducing to support the AI spend while sacrificing contracts because of rifing? You can grow membership post-AI but what do you do when you're losing membership year over year just to fund AI.
Our workforce costs money that we are no longer willing to spend. Get that AI infrastructure in place and count the dollars. Then you add members on top of your new business model. This is sad but it is business.
