Are the peons in corporate getting any additional crumbs this year or should we continue being grateful we still receive the same paycheck from 2022?

Bonus is at 25% of Target, baby. But merit increases are coming back. Barely enough for a couple of IPAs at Gil’s beers shack where HQ threw a huge “all you can drink” Xmas party. Pi----g the company’s money away.
Gil has shared with the senior leadership team that pay increases and bonuses are the last items on the priority list just below order a new mouse for the receptionist at Estero.
Hertz isn’t making a profit. They continue to spend spend spend! Company outings, unnecessary travel, unnecessary daily and weekly events for Estero employees, positions that are not justified.
Not to mention they owe bond holders who bailed them out of bankruptcy in 2020 interest of $320 million. Hertz continues to file appeals to buy time.
