Train ride home I hear different people saying cenovus selling assets in US, and this is fix to stock price and tariff problem. Also if keystone reopen they don’t need it.

Cut all of the analysts… what are they analyzing ? The only thing they need to analyze is the bleeding downstream. Nothing else really matters at that point.
This place is more of a cr-p show then a c- train ride home

Sometimes people prefer taking the train if it’s a longer trip.
I’ve personally heard for Canadian (Alberta) operations they plan to cut contractors first (that is anyone who isn’t on the direct payroll of the company). Roles such as IT Engineer, Sr. Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst etc to name a few will be cut.
As for jobs? The biggest customer is the USA. In order to lower the impact or stop the tariffs expect jobs that can move stateside such as office jobs or those you can work from home to go first. I believe people working for the company stateside are okay for now. It is the staff working in Calgary that need to worry about
Staff who don’t get parking, juniors, ride the train and would not know this information. Above pay-grade
