@f3+1jmzg48w9, agreed. Some of the comments on here are legitimately pretty funny. The whole hero thing is gold. You can tell some people have no sense of humor and just want to be angry.

For what it's worth, the creativity and humor on this site are the only things getting my attention and are the best part of working here. I tell my non-work friends to read these when they're bored for entertainment. It makes them thankful for their own companies.

The 200k leader is not Gail. They are also enjoying this attention very much.

1. Does the company monitor this? Yes.
2. Do they care? No. It's easier to dismiss anonymous feedback than to address direct feedback.
3. Do they monitor for positive reasons like identifying what changes are needed? No. It's all CYA and ensuring someone with NDA knowledge isn't posting.
4. Common things removed
5. Using non-ELT names like those in the TO.
6. Non public information specific enough to influence stock price - note they don't care about influencing others, just the stock price
7. Threats/violence/derogatory statements -not all the time but when we start sparring with each other, I've noticed it as an excuse to pull down

This site provides more information than any communication I've ever seen. Let them have their pointless Sparked verbiage that says nothing because it has to go through 12 approvals and still somehow misses the mark while ticking people off. I will never understand how anything in culture, change mgmt or comms is praised. It's just a propaganda wing of the company and doing a pisssss poor job of selling anyone on anything.

How there has there not been a complete overhaul of that whole culture, change and comms organization based on how awful every aspect of the work climate is and the awful associate experience is.
