Carelon CCA is around 35% compared to last year our team was about 122%. Staff VP said she was surprised we got any AIP….. this should not have been the case as there was plenty of funding availability but Executive board members full of excuses decided to cut bonus to all those positions under Staff VP’s. Don’t worry our record profits in most areas will cover the elites bonuses for their second vacation homes…insert appropriate gesture.

Was told 35% by my manager. But hey we can give recognition now lol. Sorry praise is nice but doesn’t pay for $9 eggs.

Notifications start 3/5. The starting off point is probably going to be 40-55% for most with high performers getting a little more from the high performer extra pool that all Managers get.
